1. Strict Age Requirement (18+ Only)
Anyi is strictly designed for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, post content, or interact with other members on the platform. Accounts created by or on behalf of minors will be terminated immediately.
2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment, Bullying & Stalking
We do not tolerate abusive behavior toward any member of our community. The following actions will result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban:
- Bullying & Intimidation: Target, mock, insult, or demean any user publicly or in direct messages.
- Harassment & Stalking: Repeatedly messaging someone after being blocked or asked to stop, tracking user activity to cause distress, or encouraging others to target a specific member.
- Doxxing: Sharing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, real identity details) of any person without their explicit consent.
3. Nudity, Explicit & Adult Content
Anyi is a social networking platform for cultural discourse and connection, not adult media. To keep the platform safe and accessible across app stores, we prohibit:
- Nudity & Sexual Content: Posting photos, videos, or digital art depicting full or partial nudity, explicit sexual acts, or sexually suggestive media.
- Pornographic Material: Sharing links, media, or direct messages containing pornographic material or commercial adult services.
- Sexual Solicitation: Offering or soliciting adult services or explicit media.
4. Hate Speech & Discrimination
Anyi unites members across regions, origins, and cultures. We strictly prohibit content or speech that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on:
- Race, ethnicity, nationality, or regional origin.
- Religion, belief system, or tribal affiliation.
- Gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
5. Violent Content & Dangerous Behavior
We prioritize the physical and emotional safety of all members. We strictly ban:
- Direct threats of violence or harm against any individual or group.
- Promotion or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
- Content that promotes, plans, or organizes illegal activities, terrorism, or violent extremist groups.
6. Authenticity & Respectful Misrepresentation
Authentic connection requires honesty. When using Anyi, you agree to build trust within the community:
- Cultural Badging Honesty: Use your profile badges (origin and residence) truthfully to encourage authentic diaspora networking.
- Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another individual, public figure, or business entity.
- Spam & Scams: Bulk messaging, commercial spam, scam links, and financial fraud are strictly forbidden.
7. Reporting & Enforcement
We empower our community to keep Anyi safe. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- In-App Reporting: Tap the options menu (...) on any post, comment, or user profile to submit an immediate moderation report.
- Direct Blocking: Block any user at any time to instantly cut off direct messaging and prevent them from viewing your profile.
- Email Support: Send urgent reports or safety concerns directly to hello@myanyi.com.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, formal warnings, temporary feature restriction, or permanent account termination without prior notice.
